Prakriti serves as a Resource Lead at Ledelsea and focuses on helping consultants with the process of finding new projects, screening the candidates, and guiding them with a smoother transition from one project to another. She came to the US for her studies from Nepal and graduated with a Finance degree from Minnesota State University, Moorhead.
