Jay got into IT with a motive that he won’t leave his manufacturing background but ended up diving head first in IT world as SAP Consultant. He worked for various client across North America and when he had enough he decided to hang up his boots and come to the backend of things as Resource Manager.

When he is not managing candidates he likes to brew beer or enjoy one. He lives for food and probably would prefer meeting you in a cool café or a bar than conference rooms.
