Uzair Mukadam is the founder and CEO of Ledelsea (Maritz Consulting Group). Born in Pakistan in a family of Merchant Navy Sailors, Uzair spent a lot of his early life travelling the world during his school vacations on ships. Maritz Star, Mashco Star, Sea Destiny, Sea Tradition and the biggest of them all LedelSea. It is quite obvious where our company names come from.
