QA Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and performance of our HRM (Human Resource Management) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive test plans, identify areas for improvement, and maintain high software quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in manual and automated testing, particularly for HRM and CRM applications.
• Proficiency in designing and executing test plans, test cases, and scripts.
• Strong knowledge of software defect tracking tools and version control systems.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks, automation tools, and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
• Up-to-date knowledge of QA trends and best practices in software testing.
