Quality Assurance Analyst

  1. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to understand application requirements and design test plans accordingly.
  2. Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases and test scripts for functional and non-functional aspects of the HRM and CRM application.
  3. Execute test cases and document test results, including identifying and reporting software defects using issue-tracking systems.
  4. Perform manual and automated testing to ensure the application meets quality standards, user requirements, and performance expectations.
  5. Conduct regression testing to verify the stability and reliability of new features and enhancements.
  6. Collaborate with the development team to investigate and reproduce reported issues, providing detailed steps and information for debugging.
  7. Work closely with developers and product managers to prioritize and resolve software defects in a timely manner.
  8. Continuously identify opportunities to improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies, and contribute to their implementation.
  9. Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide valuable insights and feedback on the quality and usability of the application.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in QA and software testing to enhance the overall quality assurance process.
