Quality Assurance Analyst
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to understand application requirements and design test plans accordingly.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases and test scripts for functional and non-functional aspects of the HRM and CRM application.
- Execute test cases and document test results, including identifying and reporting software defects using issue-tracking systems.
- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure the application meets quality standards, user requirements, and performance expectations.
- Conduct regression testing to verify the stability and reliability of new features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with the development team to investigate and reproduce reported issues, providing detailed steps and information for debugging.
- Work closely with developers and product managers to prioritize and resolve software defects in a timely manner.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies, and contribute to their implementation.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide valuable insights and feedback on the quality and usability of the application.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in QA and software testing to enhance the overall quality assurance process.
