  • Host defect review meetings with project managers and technical teams to discuss identified issues and their resolutions.
  • Set up non-production environments by deploying APIs/services in preparation for testing tasks.
  • Execute nightly Jenkins automation jobs, analyze outcomes, and share test reports with the team.
  • Simulate real-world delivery scenarios for planned releases, validating API and app functionality.
  • Execute SQL queries to configure test environments and adjust store settings prior to testing cycles.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve store-related technical issues in production and pre-production environments.
  • Use Splunk to analyze error logs, identifying failures and notifying relevant teams for corrective action.
  • Perform rigorous testing on native Android and iOS applications for upcoming releases.
  • Provide on-call support for critical production issues and facilitate prompt defect resolution.
  • Verify web services against provided acceptance criteria using tools like Postman.
  • Investigate automation failures, log root cause analyses, and implement fixes for failed test scripts.
  • Maintain QA traceability matrices to provide clarity on test case coverage for ongoing development work.
  • Deliver final QA sign-off after successful smoke and regression testing for major releases, unscheduled updates, and database migrations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in manual and automated testing for web, mobile, and API platforms.
  • Hands-on expertise with tools like JIRA, Postman, Selenium, Appium, GIT, Jenkins, and Splunk.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and the ability to write queries for test data preparation and analysis.
  • Familiarity with Android and iOS testing processes for native apps.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and defect resolution skills.
  • Experience in participating in Agile development processes, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
